Terms & Conditions for SariConnectedGPT Trial and Community
Effective Date: Immediately upon purchase.

By purchasing or accessing the SariConnectedGPT trial or membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Educational Use Only – Not Therapy
SariGPT and its related materials are intended for educational and supportive purposes only.
They are not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.
No therapeutic relationship is created by purchasing, using, or subscribing to this service.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed mental health provider or call 911.

2. Trial and Subscription Terms
Your initial purchase grants you access to a 7-day trial of SariGPT for $1.
Unless canceled before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a monthly or yearly recurring payment.

You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

You will receive a reminder email prior to the end of your trial.

3. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time by:

Clicking the link provided in your confirmation email (via ThriveCart’s customer portal), or
Emailing support@sarirosebarron.com with the subject line Cancel GPT Trial
Cancellations are effective immediately. No partial refunds will be given for unused days in a billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product and the low-cost trial access, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We encourage users to cancel before the end of the 7-day trial to avoid unwanted charges.

5. Use of Content
All content provided through SariGPT—including language prompts, scripts, and resources—is the intellectual property of Sari Rose Barron, LMFT.
You may use it for personal purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of this content without written permission is prohibited.

6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your data will be used solely to provide the services described and to communicate with you about your account, access, or related educational offerings.
We will never sell or share your data.
